The problem is when I turn on the heat on the furnace turns on but not the blower, this also happens on A/C, but when I put the unit on Aux heat the blower works. Do you have any suggestions?

I have a Nordyne furnace model # E3EB-017H Serial # E3E070800919
The problem is when I turn on the heat on the furnace turns on but not the blower, this also happens on A/C, but when I put the unit on Aux heat the blower works. Do you have any suggestions?
