Re: low flame

Flame being smaller can be caused by a blockage in burner tube , gas valve, gas line, low gas pressure, gas valve going bad, ect. What do you mean by wont heat up house, do you mean it wont reach temp srtting on t-stat, wont ignite, low or no airflow from vents, some vents have airflow, can u be mor...

Re: Coleman presidential model 7663

part # 621486. I recommend u purchase it from this site. I'm curious as to why u think u need one. If infact you know for sure that u need one, and found the reason ( short the secondary system, i. e. t-stat wires, ect.) and fixed the problem, I suggest you put a 3 amp " auto" ATC fuse inl...

Re: Freezing. Dont know what to do??

Can u post more info on your unit, I'm coming up with an a/c using that model number. Its possible that the database I am currentley using is wrong. Is this a pilot lite , hsi, extra. Are u sure the model u gave is for the furnace and not the a/c part. Like I said I could be off track here. U might ...

Re: Heats poorly

Based on your post it could be a number of things including a problem with a heating element, a bad sequencer or one going bad, an open limit to a element, ect. First thing is check all circuit breakers. Before we go any farther, this furnace involves HIGH VOLTAGE 220V. This is extremely dangerous. ...

Re: coleman dgat070bdf kept flashin once now keeps blowing f

Hi,

This something that should be addressed by a technician. Some3thing is definitely shorting out.
The breaker tripping is a safety net. Dont keep flipping the breaker on. This unit should not be operated till its fixed. U have a baby, do u both a favor and get it fixed right. :D

Re: BGU07516A FOUR FLASHING LIGHTS

Vacuuming it out and changing the filter is a good start. Don't take this wrong, but how long was it prior to this change did u last change filter, if it was quite awhile, or its been awhile since a tune up was done, the blower wheel could be dirty. usually when a unit goes off on limit, its because...

Re: cmf 80 code 3

I'm not completely familiar with this unit, however,u said it ignites for a few seconds, do u mean the ignitor just glows or do u have flame? If u have flame, it sounds like the flame sensor is not detecting the flame. If this is the case u can use a piece of LIGHT sand paper or a green kitchen scra...

Re: Intertherm MGHA-090

the most likely cause based on your description is a faulty fan switch
the can be ordered from this site at a reasonably cost.
remember to turn power to the unit off, before disconnecting/reconnecting the fan switch.
go to the parts section of this site

Re: MGH-075 Intertherm

Its possible the high limit switch is bad. The fan switch could be faulty. Does this unit have an a/c box, if so is the t-stat 2 wire or 5. Its been awhile since i worked on one. One of the moderators. a gentleman by the name of Robert, is an expert here, u might be better off waiting for his reply,...

Re: Older 7900 series blower problem

If you wired it up correctly, which appears to be the case, Its possible that u got a bad motor, however, its more likely u have a bad capacitor. Is the cap buldging or in anyway disformed? Check and make sure the capacitor wires are still connected securely, I have ran into a situation where anothe...

Re: Air conditioner blowing warm air

U either have a weak/loose breaker or something is drawing to much current. How much experience do u have with a DVM meter? If u dont have alot of experience, its best to call a pro. U can start by shutting off the power to the outside unit and checking to see if every electrical connection is tight...
