Just for your info, per Nordyne, the only units that were having this problem was the units manufactured in 2007, and only the 80000btu input. What I wonder is if the restrictor orifice hase also been decreased in size?? Does anyone know?? Tech support will not say..

On these miller units, the flame rectification comes from the ignitor not a seperate flame sensor, so what needs to be done is to test the signal by remeoving the ground wire at the control board and testing microamp signal. It needs to read above 1.0ua to stay lit. if it is under that or below 1.5 ...
