Re: three flash code on DGAT075BDD
With a meter you may be able to tell if the switch is open or closed. But if the board is indicating a stuck switch, then it's either the switch or the motor. Both are sold as a combo so when you replace one you replace the other. Here is a link to the Aberdeen home repair store where you can buy th...

Re: Running blower on high speed for heating
Hi, It looks like if you switch the cool and heat wires on your control board it should run in high speed. Please keep in mind that if you don't switch the wires back your a/c will run on low speed.

Re: No heat on high efficiency furnace
What is the model number on the thermostat? Most thermostats don't run off the batteries, they are just there as a back up if the power goes out. Also what is the make and model # o the furnace?

Re: Board fried again
Hi, With out knowing what type of furnace you have its hard to say what might be causing the problem. First yes they are very sensitive to water. Do you know if you have a 80% or a 90%+ furnace. If you have a 90% or greater furnace you might be getting condensation from the flue, If one of the joint...

Re: 10-2 or 10-3 Wire for AC
Hi,
A 10-2 wire should be fine. Just hook up the two hot leads and the ground.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Heating Elements phase/call on Gibson furnace
Hi,
Yes it is possible to disconnect the leads that come out of the sequencer to the heat strip. Do this at the heat strip and make sure to tape up or wire nut the need so there is no bare wires. Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Heating Elements phase/call on Gibson furnace
Hi, Turning off the second heat strip might not be the best option for you. A couple of things to think about. If you don"t have the the second heat strip will your thermostat ever satisfy? Also it might take twice as long or even longer to satisfy your thermostat. If either one of these happen...
