Hi, Chaz I am not sure where you got that part number( 6313-2281). But what I can tell you is that i pulled the part number that i gave you from the owners manual for your furnace. Yes if the relay is not working right it will not allow the system to turn on. If you do get that relay from the web pa...

Hi, Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your thermostat. While I am not able to tell you exactly what kind of thermostat to buy I will help guide you. All the big box home improvement store have a lot of t-stat's to choose from. What i would do is go look at them and read the box's to see if y...

Re: Defective relay?
Hi, I guess the first thing i would do is make sure that all the wires are in good shape. Make sure the wire connections are making good contact to the end they are plugged into. The other thing you can do is send the board in and have it tested. Here is a link of where to send it . http://www.hvacp...

Re: Home Wont Stay Cool
Hi, Lets start with the A-coil question, Yes you should feel air coming through the coil. That is how the air is cooled and distributed through out the home. The fan not spinning all the time is most likely the problem with why its not cooling as well inside. If the fan is not able to remove the hea...

Re: A-coil the correct size
Hi, Gil
I need to know what size the a/c or heat pump unit is. This is done in tonnage size example is 1.5 ton or a 3 ton. this is important because you need to match the outdoor unit to the coil size for it to work correctly.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Nordyne E1EH-020 ha blower wont start without push
Hi, It could be one of two things. The capacitor or the blower motor. The capacitor is the cheaper of the two items to fix first. Here is a link for a new cap http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store/product/2807/622535-run-capacitor-7.5%7B47%7D370V If that does not solve the problem then here is a l...

Re: switching control boards
Hi,
I don't know if you can use just the board. I do know that they make the kit and it works. I would not want to tell you that just a board is all you need and then it does not work. Then you just spent more money to get the kit.
Bill
