Re: Nordyne MGHA-090ABPQ-01 T-stat A/C on/off
Hi, First off lets go over how a thermostat wires up. For a heat(gas) and cool thermostat you have 4 or 5 wires that need to hook up. R, Y, G, W, and sometimes depending on the thermostat C. The R terminal is for power to your thermostat. The Y terminal is to control your A/C. The G terminal is for ...

Re: Problems once again
Hi, Trish I would like to start with some simple checks first. Check the breaker at the fuse box. Check both A/C and Furnace breaker to see if they tripped when the power came back on. Next Check to see if there is a switch and a fuse on the furnace somewhere. The fuse is covered by a little box, if...

Re: Cleaning Intertherm unit floor ducts
Hi Dave, I don't a great answer for ya. Sorry. But i am going to toss my two cents in. First I don't recommend putting any kind of liquid in your vents. If you have "Ductboard" duct duct work under your trailer you don't want any liquid on it. That will do more harm than good. Second idea ...

Re: Coleman Evcon 4431a901 won't come on
Hi, Sounds like you got it all under control. If i could just add one thing, make sure that you clean the outdoor unit. By doing this it makes the a/c work better and will last longer. What i like to do is use a garden hose and just let the water come out at normal pressure and just work my way from...

Re: Replacing Thermostat
Hi, I just read the user manual for your thermostat and there does not appear to be any way to adjust the settings on the comfort points. I do know this, most thermostats will turn on and satisfy with in 1 or 2 degrees of the set point that you choose. Some thermostat give you the ability to adjust ...

Re: HELP - Intertherm Propane Conversion
Hi, I have checked into the conversion kit that you asked about, What i found is that they don't make a l.p. conversion kit for a furnace that old, But you can find a orifice for it. Not that will do you any good with out the right spring. As a matter of fact the gas burner for that furnace is not a...

Hi, Sorry to hear about your problem. Lets see if i can help you out. First off is to figure out if you need 2 tons or 1.5 tons of cooling. I am going to side with the tech that you had out and say you only need 1.5 tons of cooling. Now let me tell you why. If you put a bigger blower on the furnace ...
