I wanted to replace my old thermostat with a new programmable one. I couldn't get it to work so I reinstalled the old mercury one. Now it doesn't work either. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Was the programmable one battery operated ?

Was you just wanting a different t-stat or was there a furnace problem that you were trying to solve ?

Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert, thanks for your reply. I had blown the 3A fuse. Replaced it and have heat this cold morning. Thanks for your time.
