Hi there, the our Nordyne 917227A C3QA-042U-B, has been having a lot of condensation that forms on the bottom of our drainpan. Our duct crossover is full of water, our floors are damaged and the ac is still leaking water. We had an ac company come out, they claimed they had mobile home experience. They cleaned the coils and recharged the system and then left before we could turn the ac back on. (We had to wait for the coils to defrost). When I turned ac on, it was still dripping water. Not sure what to do next. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your time

Hi,

Drain line clogged, drain pan rusted through or cracked, blower motor/wheel dirty, no trap in drain line are most common along with dirty coil and low charge.

Dirty coil and/or low charge will cause coil to freeze and have run over as it thaws.

Dry everything good and see if it still leaks. If so, check all other things and if still leaking, will need another hvac tech.

Thanks,
Robert
