Windows Media Player

I recently upgraded it and now I cannot get Mark's videos to run, why? Anyone who isn't computer stupid like me able to handle this one? Thanks!

Hi Rhonda,
I forwarded your post to Mark so he will know about your problem. It may be something to do with your settings since the media player should be backward compatible with video files. I am not much of a 'bit-wit', so I probably would not be much help in troubleshooting this. Just wanted you to know that you weren't being ignored.
