Anybody ever jack up rim joist and block it? Laying subfloor and the outside edge rim joist is off by 3/4 of an inch to other joist. I tried to jack up ibeam but it seams to not be moving nothing!
You may need to run a straight line across the floor. You may find the joists are bowed down from excessive weight on the roof.
You can try jacking but often the joists are permanently bent and when you jack the rim, the frame will lift with the I beam.
You may find that you need to cut a tapered 2x and screw it to the joist to make everything flat.

"If I can't fix it, I can screw it up so bad no one else can either."
