Hi,

We need to know how to turn the blower up on our Nordyne Intertherm. Model # C1QA-042UB. We bought this house in 1993 and it was installed new. Lately seems that our light bill is very high in summer and winter and the furthest rooms in our 2000 sq ft house are not getting any heat or air. You can barely feel it coming out of the vents. Any other ideas would be great!

Thanks!!

Hi,

Are you in a single or double or triple wide ?

If double or triple, is it just one half ?

By "turn up", I assume you mean increase speed ?

The speed is determined by unit design and cannot just be randomly increased.

Since it has just recently started doing this, problem is not likely blower speed.

Check filter and a/c A-Coil to be sure they're clean.

Check duct main trunk line for openings or damage.

You can do this by removing all registers, then lay light down in duct and go to next register and hold mirrir down in duct looking back at light.

Go from one register to next checking all the duct trunkline.

Also, that number is your A-Coil model number, not the furnace model number.

Thanks for inquiring,
Robert
