Hello again.

I just received my combustion blower. Speedy service!

Now I have a quick question. I noticed that my old combustion blower, has what looks like silicone, sealing the blower to the furnace and fresh air tube. Is this a special silicone?

Also, are these blowers oiless? Mine is making a noise. Some of it has to do with the fresh air tube rattling, some sounds like the bearing going bad. I bought a new one from you just in case this one went out. We don't have too many HVAC guys around that like to mess with mobile homes.

Thanks again guys!

Hi,

High heat resistance silicone . Some of the motors are sealed and some are manually lubricated.

IF it can be oiled, it will have oil ports/spouts on it.

Thanks,
Robert
