disconnect assy for intertherm feh-015ha

Hi,

One of the top fuse holder clamps overheated and melted the plastic where the fuse clamp mounting screw goes in my disconnect assembly. I Don't know if the fuse went bad or the screw that tightens the top fuse clamp vibrated loose causing the short. But I see that you offer 2 disconnect assembly's -- 621030 and 621029. my disconnect box has the two smaller fuses on each end and two larger fuses in the middle. I have an Intertherm model feh-015ha 240 volt 60 hertz, 53,000 btu furnace. My question is which of the two disconnect units should I order? Thank you for your time and advice.

Disconnect Assembly # 621029 can be seen and ordered through

PayPal from left side of page here :

The smaller ones will go in center, larger on outside. Just wire accordingly by moving wires over.
