I tring to figure out whats wrong here i looked at everything i can think of in the heater looks good no broken wires or no shorts it runs like 30 min and throwes the breaker i thought it might be thermosat put new one in run good a month then started once more fond lose wire on breaker tighted it up now it smells hot want shut off

Are you saying that now the furnace won't shut off, both heating elements and blower ?
