Nordyne 7975a856 Blower motor not working

Hi, I have a Nordyne 7975a856 furnace and the blower motor has given up the ghost. We tried to replace the capacitor and it ran another day but now the motor wont start.

Here is the numbers on the motor if you can recommend a replacement:

GE mod skcp 39gg j4p3bs 1/3 hp 1 phase 5.3amp
