I didn't get a change to answer your question last week about the cabinets. No they aren't original. When we originally started working in the kitchen, we were just going to replace the countertops...but you know how that goes!

No, you're not the only one. I have always had a strainer next to my sink. I try to hide it sometimes, but it always comes back out!
