I am waiting for a reply from the seller, it does include a Bryant AC unit. Priced reasonable.

The model # is M1BB086ABW. Is it a down draft & natural gas?

Its 86K btu in & 71K out 81% model.

Cant verify age with out serial #

You would need a different roof jack & base kit or does it come with that.

If you can swing the new M3 its a good furnace and you get the warranty & higher efficiency
