The model # on the a-coil is MVR22 48+D. Cannot find this model # online. Is this a special order item or is there maybe a replacement?

Is this in a MH unit ? Is it a straight a/c or a heat pump ?

How old is it ?

Yes it is in a MH. It is 13-14 years old. It is not a heat pump.
