Hi,

Get an ACCA Manual J Load Calculation done on home to know correct size needed by an hvac tech, local electric service or online are some homeowners versions.

If getting online version, go to HVAC-TALK.com and get their residential version.


As for units, lots out there, depends on what you're wanting and your home needs.


Best to get with local hvac contractors who do service-installs on mobile homes and get some estimates and ideas.
