help with nordyne heater

my nordyne heater was not putting out any heat. found elements were no good. replaced all of them. now elements dont cut off. turned off breakers took out little round switch on bottom set of elements. didnt see anything wrong visually. put it back in. no elements are kicking off an on all the time every few seconds. could it be a sequencer or the round switch i pulled out. could they be bad. how can i tell which it is. switch or sequencer. please help. have a great day
model number of heater is e2eh-015 i think that is right
