My system has a problem, the system works when on, but not on auto unless system is set to cool. With either selection, the heat will not come on. Could it be the relay or the heat coils? Any advice would help....thanks LRG

Does it heat when you have it in the "On" position? This portion of your thermostat only controls the blower motor, so if it does heat when you have it in the "On" position, you could have a bad sequencer or bad t-stat.
