Hello,

I live a 2 story home that is heated with 2 Nordyne C5BA-T25C-A, one for the upper level and one for the lower level. The furnace for the upper level is funtioning properly. The furnace for the lower level appears to be functioning properly also, but no hot air is coming out of the vents (and yes the vents are open). I took off the panels and watched as both went through their cycles and see no difference between what is going on between the two. The one that is not blowing hot air does have a slight whine to it, but that is it.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi,

Is the blower motor running full speed ? If so and no airflow, then need to inspect the ducts.

Thanks,
Robert
