E1eh-015ha blower knocking

Starting over the last two weeks, When the A/C is running, the blower makes a knocking sound. When the panel is removed to determine why, the noise stops until the cover is reinstalled.

Hi,

Are you sure it is the blower making the noise ? Remove the blower assembly and check for broken or loose wheel or bracket or other problems with blower.

Could it be the door panel causing this ?

At beginning, middle or end of cycle ?
