My Intertherm model E1EH-012HA comes on for about 10-15 seconds and shuts off for 11-15 seconds in this constant cycle. What would correct this problem? I also hear a hum from it when both of the breakers are on, a constant hum.

Bad sequencer most likely. Hum could be motor, transformer, breaker.


Try to narrow down where the noise is at.
