Intertherm AC unit

Hi. My wife and I are newlyweds living in our first mobile home. Last night our heat quit working on our "Intertherm" unit. It was working fine keeping it 72 deg before bed, but when we woke up it was 60 deg in our home! The AC works and the floor fan works, just not the heat. Could a contact have frozen in the night? I'm new to all this and really need some help. Any advice or direction would greatly be appreciated. Thank You.
