I am replacing all, the rail on the unit for the skirting, the skirting, and whatever the skirting sits on. I want insulating, whether separate or integral to the skirting. What questions should I be asking the quoters? What kind of base should I at least end up with? I am not putting my north side eave trough backup, as it is just creates a frozen mini Niagara Falls. I am away all winter so I can't $$$$ a wire 24/7. Is pebble gravel an alternate for the water drip. Is pebble gravel a good base for the skirting. Should I be doing something under the trailer unit, that can only be done while all the skirting is off? Any thoughts on that? I don't want to say, I should have done that when i was getting a new base installed...what don't I know? Thanks

Check this article out. Mark also used bagged fiberglass insulation behind it.
