Hey Mark,
In another post, Brenda(OH) mentioned the Fein Multimaster. This is like the Home/DIY version of the tool I have used a few times, the Fein SuperCut. I don't own one. I borrow my flooring guy's tool. What a neat tool!. It peels the old glue off of joists fast. I imagine the Home version would do the same thing, but it about 1/3 the power. It costs $200-$300 depending on the kit. The pro SuperCut version is $700 on sale, which is why I don't own one. It will be interesting to see what's available when the patent runs out.
