Underbelly insulated with 3 1/2 in. fiberglass roll insulation.

I hired a guy to reinsulate the Underbelly of my mobile home, he did a great job on it and the floors are a lot warmer now, and the house is warm now without any cold drafts.
He inserted 3 1/2 in. fiberglass roll insulation between the floor joists and stapled the brown paper side to the bottom of the joist and then he stapled 6 mil plastic over the insulation as a vapor barrier and to help hold the insulation up.
After reading on your site that this was a very bad idea to do it this way because it will not have any way to breathe and cause the insulation to get wet, rot the floor out and all sorts of other problems.
Do you have any ideas on how I might fix this problem without having to tear it all back out and redoing it.?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
