Cinder block skirting

Hi everyone,
It's been a long while since I have visited this great group. I have a question for anyone that has had this done. We are thinking about putting cinder blocks/enclosed crawl space under our home where the vinyl skirting is now. Has anyone had this done once there home was already in place and if so how hard and expensive was it. We've been kicking it around for a while now and thinking about getting it done this up coming Spring/Summer. I've posted about this a while back but just checking to see if anyone since my post has had this done.
