Help,
I have a Nordyn E1EH-015HA about a 1996 model. recently had problems with blower starting, thought it was over heating, but then not sure, finally saw blower fan moving slow when it should be running. I replaced the blower assembly, motor fan and all. now works ok, but when thermostat is on auto and heat, and temp is not at the turn on setting, ie: set for 70 and house temp is 72 blower is appropriatly off but there is a buzzing from the inside unit, then when the thermostat is turned to on or in house temp drops to 70 the blower runs and the heater heats. When I changed the blower it was just a direct plug in replacement, I never changed hard wire connections.
Thanks
Nordyne E1EH-015HA Buzzing
Hi,
Have you opened controls panel and listened to pinpoint the buzzing ?
May be a transformer going bad.
Thanks,
Robert
