nordyne electric fournace-sometimes blower won't come on

nordyne-mod.#e2eh-020ha, when thermostat calls for heat , heating coils do come on but sometimes blower comes on and sometimes doe's not and heat box gets very hot. i turn off all power and restart later and blower comes on when supposed to.could this be sequencher, or a relay or what please? thanks ,dave
