I am trying to troubleshoot this furnace, it will not come on at all...no heat, no fan. I have reason to belive that the wiring may have been tampered with and am trying to verify that it is properly connected from the unit to the t-stat.
I know that power is getting to the unit (in general) but I don't know test points to check, and what voltages to look for. I am unable to get the unit to respond to anything so I feel that there must be a problem in the wiring somewhere. I checked the fuses and they are NOT blown, so that much I do know.
I am attaching some photos so that it may be easier for someone to help me diagnose and correct the problem...if more photos are needed, please let me know and I will gladly post. I am very capable of doing the work on this unit, I may be a tad bit infamiliar with the terms and lingo, but I am comfortable around electricity and at working with it.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer, I am in desperate need of getting this thing working.....kerosene has been a pain, literally!
