Park living:

I lived in a park for awhile. Didn't like it. Too closed in. Lots of people living close together and all the problems thereof.

But...it was close to work, it was cheap rent and it was more secure than some areas of south Florida.

Here's some options:

1. reinstall vinyl before the toilet is installed.

2. cut a piece of bathroom carpet to coverup.

3. cut a piece of 1/4" plywood to coverup...stain or paint it of course.

Sounds like a restriction somewhere. I would first see if the restriction is at the tub hot water valve/stem. Turn off the water to the home, remove the stem, inspect the stem, have someone turn on the water to the home and see if any obstruction comes out.
