I live in a 50 home park where everyone owns thier home ,no rentals at all but we rent the lots. Today almost everyone in here got a notice from the county to rebuild thier decks and stairs to code. personal use . The only thing that scares me is the water and mold. I plan on ripping off the roof and pressure washing the bottom rock walls and concrete floor with muratic acid. then let the sun shine air it out for a while then put a temp roof on till I frame the rest of the house

Should I buy this
I can get into this for less than most cars and it need lots of work but is lake view with lake access. I have plans drawn up for it . Valspar gentle pasture it is on the same card as my kitchen cabinets . It is flat.

Thank you Trudi. Yesterday, I used Pebeo Porcelaine paint on tooling foil to create a cover for the switch and plug face plates. This paint has to sit for 24 hours, then I have to cook it at 300 degrees in the oven for 35 minutes. This is an experiment, because I don't know how it's going to turn o...

Well this is the second house I have done the seams and painted. It took a little bit to get used to running the knifes agian! clean with TSP ,sand the raised spots , prime with kilz or bullseye.

Zissner bullseye forms a texture when it dries and helps hide smooth drywall to vinyl wallboard joints . It is ten times better than KILZ imho

It is always nice because we do it twice!!
I live by the words alot. After a week of looking at the bad poly job I started over. I resprayed the grainite and this time I decided to top coat with a butcherblock finish sealer. so far a much better look I will see final results after the AM

While at home depot today I noticed a clear epoxy top coat kit for 20 bucks. Also lowes is carrying a tintable countertop paint?epoxy kit from rustolium it is near the quarts in the spray paint isle.
