Not most ppl idea of a great vacation but we finshed our goal to get the smart siding and windows in the 1973 Mh we r rebuilding. Like most projects we ran in to some problems and spent more than planned but worth it in the end. We finished replacing the complete floors and then moved ot the ceiling...

Screw it to the ceiling as it only @ 3/16 thick or not sure how heavy but they have the same thing coated white for the bath surround u can use it is more expensive I am thinking 20 not sure--but u use the white nails w them--predrill it or use the rosets w screws like in many MH

Well due to zoning laws we have no choice--if we took it out then we could not replace w a single wide well nothing could b put back. The MH's r grandfathered in and can stay. This is happening in many communities--that is why everyone should start with zoning laws before buying,where our 2 mh are located single wides are not allowed but double wides are--ours our grandfathered in but that involves us fixing them up vs replacing with new

Nothing,unless you forget to call before you dig, we ran ours underground but put it into conduit first,that way if we need to add a wire in the future it will be easy,plus we could not dig as deep as needed due to big rocks.
