Okay, new questions today. When my MH was leveled a few months ago, they noticed that that the side of the house is rippling. Was told that this was due to the particle board under the siding is bowing (top to bottom). Said it was easy to fix and not costly. Should I?
Also had some siding blow off and noticed that there does not seem to be any moisture barrier between the siding and particleboard. Is this correct? Or is the moisture barrier on the inside? This is a newer MH(2003) so expect things to be done right. I will be living here for a long time and need to have things ship shape before my income gets tight.

I wouldn't call it moisture barrier, but I would add house wrap (Tyvec) as long as the siding is off. It should make a difference in air leaks.
