RE: Nordyne High Efficiency M2RL Series
Looks like a M1 series apprx 80% model. Its A/C compatible but does it include coil/condensor & the other items needed for the install.
If you can get model & serial # we can tell you more.

RE: condensation
Turbine will draw more air through the eaves and out the vent. On very calm days & nights I'm not sure this will help. Or help at all for that matter. The concern is the condensation is under the skin of the original roof not the new roof so I'm not convinced airflow is the problem. You could tr...

RE: roof coating do it now or wait
definitely get a patch up there if your leaking. Then wait for the right conditions to seal it.

Hey again,
Not sure about the M4 but the M3 Has a promotional 5 year warranty on it right now. M3 is a good unit. I actually heat my shop with one.

Aaron, When I posted the instructional suggestions that quote you refer to wasn't even up yet. Look at the order of the thread. I took your suggestion of "The gaps you have are so small, simple tape and mud the simplest route I would say." and elaborated on it. If you look back my post was...

RE: condensation
Hello! I've got questions and some suggestions! What kind of space between the original roof & the new peaked roof? Was there any insulation added? If so where was it put? You mentioned soffitt panels, are they vented. Is there a vented ridge at the peak or are there just gable vents. In norther...

Marriednmobile, The paintable wall covering does sound like a good ides to me as well. Aaron to answer your question, It would be nowhere near 1/4 inch. Re - read "thin coats" When mudding 2 panels that do not have beveled edges you have to taper out farther to hide the seam. When done pro...

OK good! Just make sure you can make the M4 fit. I believe the footprint is much wider than your CMF.
Good Luck with your project!

RE: Nordyne High Efficiency M2RL Series
M2 is available in up & downflow versions. & require return air ducting. M3 is down flow & the best option for replacement. (return air thru front door like your CMF. M4 is wider and won't fit in most MH furnace closets. You have a CMF 100 now, so I would replace with a M3 80 (in most ca...

RE: Spray Foam for Batten Gaps?
Hello!, I agree spray foam is not the way to go. If your home is on a slab or footings below frost you will have better success. However if your home shifts alot cracks are almost guaranteed. Get a mud troth & 3 mud blades Mix the mud good Use mesh tape. Install the tape and bed it with a 4"...

RE: Skylight/Re-roof
Ok here it is! Read the next two sentences twice! Most skylights at some point will eventually leak. My advice is to remove them. But if you insist read on! Please go back and read those two sentences again! Allright enough of my BS. Hope this helps! Read the last post on this thread. It explains ab...
