Posting attachments

I am trying to post a question with attachments (pictures) I follow the process at the bottom to post and nothing come up. Am I doing something wrong?

I did post but the picture was huge, is there a way to size it after it's posted.

you need to resize it to small. you can use your Photo program to do it or I think there is a resize feature in windows.

I Use Picasa (google) seems to do a good job.
