Hello.

MY MH is 30 years old, and has a full length, ten year old addition built across the whole front.

The MH and addition are 30" above the ground (no concrete pad), but the additions yellow fiberglass is exposed. However, the insulation is in excellent condition.

Given the arid climate here in the prairies just north of the Montana border, AND the fact that the 10 year old insulation is fine, do I still need to wrap it?

I don't know as you need to, but you may want to. If for no other reason to help keep critters out. The belly wrap is the last line of defense in the war against critters.

Thanks Greg.

Well, the perimeter is completely sealed, other than the close-able screened vents. I don't think I'll bother with the wrap.
